On 4-18-13, Ricky L. Cones Sr. and his girlfriend, Camille Moore, were arrested for Felony Stealing Animals.  According to the victim, He discovered that his two Heifer calves were missing from his property located in Webster County.  While in the process of reporting the alleged stealing, the victim made a call to the Lebanon Livestock Auction and learned his two calves were there at the sale with the alleged suspects.

 Webster County Cpl. Mark Chamberlain along with the help from the Laclede County Sheriff’s Office located the calves at the auction along with the two suspects who were in possession of the calves.  Both suspects are currently being held in the Webster County Jail for the alleged Felony stealing of Animals.
