Two or more papers served at the same address, with the same case number, will be charged per person however only one charge for mileage.
It is the responsibility of the party requesting service of process to furnish to the sheriff an original or certified true copy of the process and sufficient copies for the parties to be served. WCSO requires the party requesting service to provide the sheriff with the best known actual address where service may be made. Post Office boxes, rural routes, general delivery and other directions that do not provide a specific physical location are not acceptable. There are no Farm Roads in Webster County. Payment must be sent in order for papers to be served. Acceptable forms of payment are check, cashier's check or money order. DO NOT SEND CASH!!
