The Webster County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an alleged case of Incest involving the father having intercourse with his biological daughter.  The case stems back to as early as 2012 and to as late as a few days ago. 

The alleged victim was interviewed by Webster County Detectives yesterday.  Shortly after this Investigators interviewed the alleged suspect.  The suspect admitted he was the father of the victim and said he had sexual relations with her.  The suspect is a registered sex offender in Webster County based on past charges. 

A probable cause statement will be sent to the Webster County Prosecutor today alleging incest.

Special circumstance of this case may lead to addition sexual charges.
